Another Marginal Product in the Colloidal Silver Category

Concern With Certain Silver Product

Product: Molecula Silver

Production Date On Bottle: None

Expiration Date on Bottle: None

Concentration Claim: 2000ppm

Actual Concentration: 0.44ppm

Ph: 1.64

Nitrate Content: >250ppm

Molecula Silver is one of several products we have tested recently that raises certain concerns. Consisting of far more nitrates than silver, it presents a potential toxicity to the consumer far in excess of any possible benefit. In fact, the nitrate content of this product was greater than 250ppm, some 500 times more than the meager silver content it contained (it tested at 0.46ppm). Labeled to be 2000ppm silver, the disparity between what is claimed and what it actually is ....is as wide as any we have seen.

Consumers who are led to believe they are getting what is labeled on such products are unwitting victims of market hype, not as much for lack of promise but for excesses of undesirable content. We submitted two different bottles of Molecula Silver for analysis to our laboratory [to be sure that what we first saw was not an aberration or anomaly]. Neither bottle was labeled with Lot # or Expiry [as is required by regulation]. We have no further comment; the analytical data (above) speaks for itself.
