From the Regulatory Division…

Taking Compliance Seriously

We operate in the highly regulated industry of dietary supplements, primarily, but also in over-the-counter (OTC) topical Drug products. This means we must comply with Regulations developed and overseen by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Natural Health Products Directorate (NHPD) of Health Canada. Of course, the company must also comply with standard regulations, which include labor practices, safety requirements (OSHA) and others.

Natural Immunogenics has a commitment to maintaining the highest degree of Regulatory Compliance [see our guiding principles]. We maintain this commitment due to the constant threats against supplements and vitamins [see also What We Can't Say and Why], and because not complying poses a risk to the industry as a whole.

One company irresponsibly endangering consumers in an effort to increase sales can easily cause new Regulations to be enacted, some of which may be too onerous or expensive for companies to fully comply with, thereby squeezing them out of the market.

We not only abide by all governing Regulations - both within the US and internationally - but seek to constantly set a new benchmark for compliance. This way we protect our products and clients, our company, and the industry, ensuring that people continue to have access to safe natural, alternative and traditional remedies, many of which have been used throughout the ages and whose future is threatened.

Natural Immunogenics is a GMP-Certified Facility, meaning its operations and procedures, plant and grounds, have all been audited by NSF International and determined to be in full compliance with the good manufacturing practices as defined by the USFDA and correlated to ANSI 173 (Section 8). The certification confirms that products released to the market on a batch-to-batch basis are of the highest standards in terms of reproducible quality, purity, identity; and that their composition and strength are not misleading.
